A native of Jonesboro. Kevin graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1990. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1994 with a BSBA in Marketing Management. While at the U of A, Kevin was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and a member of the 1991-92 Razorback baseball team. After graduation, Kevin attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and Little Rock earning his Juris Doctorate in 1997.
Kevin returned to Jonesboro and began practicing law, and in 1998 Kevin started The Orr Law Firm. He ran that office until he helped found Orr, Scholtens & Willhite, PLC in 1999. Thereafter, the name of the firm evolved into Orr, Scholtens, Willhite & Averitt, PLC. In October of 2007, Kevin and Scott formed Orr Willhite, PLC and moved to their present location in the prestigous Century Center Building.
Kevin primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, family/domestic, corporate/business, probate, estate planning, and civil litigation. Kevin is licensed to practice law in Arkansas State Courts, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and in the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Kevin is a member of the Craighead County Bar Association (Sec/Treasurer), the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, Arkansas Volunteer Lawyers for the Elderly, and is the city attorney for the City of Brookland, Arkansas.
Kevin is very active in his community. He and his family are members of First United Methodist Church. Kevin has served on the Board for the Legacy Landfill, has been President of The Foundation for Jonesboro Public Schools, a non-profit organization, and is a board member of Jonesboro Baseball Boosters.
Kevin is married to Stacey Elizabeth Orr, a native of Little Rock where she attended Mount Saint Mary’s Academy and later attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Kevin and Stacey have 4 children. Stacey is also very active in the community having served on Junior Auxillary and has found Share Hope in Jonesboro, a non-profit organization that helps the families of stillborn babies. Kevin’s parents are Steve and Sarah Orr of Jonesboro.

Scott was born in Jonesboro, and attended Arkansas State University where he received a degree in Business/Data Processing in 1984. He attended the University of Arkansas School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 1989. Scott was a member of the Arkansas Law Review.
Following his graduation from law school in 1989, Scott obtained licenses to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas and began his practice with the law firm of Heiskell, Donelson, Bearman, Adams, Williams & Kirsch in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1997 Scott returned to Jonesboro and expanded his areas of practice in the legal field to include personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security, criminal defense and employment related cases.

Scott is married to Amy Willhite who is a nurse with Clopton Clinic, an internal medicine clinic in Jonesboro. Scott and Amy have two daughters, Payton Olivia Willhite and Channing Avery Willhite.
